Nu Flow's patented non-invasive epoxy pipe

Gas lines tend to corrode and erode over time, similar to water lines. Nu Flow's pipe lining technology makes the lines like new again, stopping leaks and preventing corrosion. This can all be done without destroying floors, ceilings or walls, thus alleviating many of the concerns property managers face when considering pipe replacement in aging facilities, such as:

Nu Flow's patented pipe lining technology can be used to restore gas lines and metallic ventilation lines in gas delivery systems. The Process
First, Nu Flow maps the internal plumbing system to create an implementation plan that will provide the most efficient timeline for completing the job with minimum disruption. The system is drained and tested for leaks using air.
Next, heated compressed air is used to dry all the moisture. The pipe interiors are sandblasted, and air is once again surged through the pipe to remove any residue.
Following another air pressure leak test, the pipe is re-heated to better accept the epoxy coating. After the epoxy is applied, continuous controlled air is sent through the piping to help the epoxy set-up, or cure.
Finally, a leak test and inspection are performed, testing volume and flow to ensure your system is working better than ever!
